Every year we service over 1,500 Clients for Lawn Mowing, Aeration, Power Raking, & Fertilization in the Colorado Springs Area. For Seasonal Mowing Clients we DO NOT require signed contracts. We will set up monthly billing or we offer a 10% discount to anyone that prepays for the season. Our good name, hard work, & professional guarantee has kept us going strong since 2001, and we’re still growing. Clients come back to us every year because we are a small family business and can offer very competitive rates while giving great customer service. We are like the neighborhood kid down the block only a lot more reliable. We accept Cash, Check, & most major Credit Cards. I was pleased by every aspect of their service. My first contact was by phone where I left a message stating the services I was looking for. My call was returned that same day & I was assured they could help me & was told to call back when I was ready to schedule them. True to their word, when I called back they were able to schedule me within a couple of days. The two gentlemen who came to do the work were very pleasant & efficient. They even double checked with me to make sure the bushes being trimmed were to my satisfaction. The best part of all was the price! It was half what I’d paid another company for the same service. I plan to use them again for my summer maintenance.

I call Intermountain lawn for yard aeration every spring since 2007. They are prompt, professional and do great work. All I do is mark the sprinkler heads the day before with flags from home depot. They've always arrived and completed the work the day they said they would. (last aeration service was about $45) Last summer I had a couple weeks where I was traveling for work and needed help with mowing. I called them and it was easy to schedule the couple of weeks I needed. They completed the mowing, edging exactly as requesting and as schedule. I will definitely call them back if I need this service again. Each ad-hoc lawn mowing was about $32. It's cheaper per mowing if you schedule the summer and in advance. Last fall I needed yard cleanup but called too late in the season as snow had already started. I circled back with them in early April and scheduled a day to get yard cleanup (leaves in yard, in rock areas etc.) About 7 huge bags later they had it all cleaned exactly as I asked. I will call them again if I need yard cleanup. This one-time service was about $120 Thank you for excellent service!

By far the best lawn service we've ever used. I started with a couple of mowings and edgings to see how they did, and I was very impressed - so I contracted for the entire season. The business is very competently managed, and so is the work they are doing to take care of our grounds. Note: The "approximate cost of service" in this case is for the entire season.

The work exceeded my expectations. Donny looked over the lawn and completed the work as though it was his own -- meaning that he took extra steps to properly prepare the lawn for the aerating and seeding. When I initially scheduled the work, I only requested mowing and fertilizing, even though I was looking for a more comprehensive service. Donny suggested/offered the seeding even though that isn't a standard service provided. He needed to make an extra trip back to my house to complete everything we felt was appropriate. I appreciate the extra time he spent to evaluate my lawn's needs and to complete the work. The only reason I graded "Punctuality" a "B" is because I was uncertain what time to expect him on the day scheduled for the initial service. One more point. I appreciate that someone was available in the office to answer the phone when I called to ask initial questions and to schedule the service.

For the past seven years Donnie and his crew has been coming out to my house in the spring time and in the fall time to do the aeration on my front yard and my back yard. It works out great, they call me every fall and spring time to remind me. That means a lot in my busy life. Thank you again for your great customer service and the great work service.

Called to have spring clean-up of pine needles on our LARGE front 'lawn'. Donny and his office were responsive to the initial request by phone, in coming out to give an estimate and then in actually performing the work. There was a LOT of raking of pine needles and they worked non-stop, filled the capacity of their hauling vehicles that day - and then came back to finish the work. It was a pleasure to work with this company, and their people. Would definitely call them again!

The work they performed was fine, Donnie was professional, but one member of his crew was not, in a pretty stunning way. I was joking around with Donnie and we were also trying to figure out how to trim the bushes. I was explaining that I would like the bushes trimmed slightly with my hand trimmer so Donnie did not have to go back to the shop and get his. (Donnie did not do a site visit and never asked me about bushes, so he wasn't prepared.) One of his crew interrupted me and said he wasn't asking how to trim the bushes, that they knew how to do that. Then he told me I being a "smart ***." I was so stunned that I really thought he was joking. First of all, I wasn't out of line, actually. Secondly, if I was being inappropriate, that's a problem Donnie could have talked to me about. In his defense, Donnie told him that wasn't appropriate. And he apologized to me several times afterward. But I was really taken aback that someone would call the customer who just hired a smart ***. The thing is that there are plenty contractors who do this kind of work. So I certainly will look elsewhere for my next service. Interestingly, we were looking for a contractor to do work for us on a regular basis at two different locations.

"This is a very accurate description of what happened. I could not apologize to Mr [Member Name Removed] enough, and I still can't. As I explained to Mr [Member Name Removed] and by no means not to excuse what happened, but a full and busy season of hard, dirty work, sometimes you don't get treated as well as you should by some clients who can be out of line. Mr [Member Name Removed] was by no means out of line and I understood his humor, I wish my worker would have also. I reprimanded him very well for the outburst, and with more thought over the next several days decided he will not be back next season because whether a client is out of line or not that was not handled professionally. The whole situation shocked me just as much as Mr [Member Name Removed] because my worker had done so well all season long. Along with Mr [Member Name Removed] I also thought he was joking and when I realized he wasn't, I was VERY shocked and VERY embarrassed. If there is anything I can do to regain my clients trust I absolutely will. I know my work ethic and professionalism is high which is why we have so many great ratings. I wish I had control over others actions but unfortunately I do not. So if I can remedy anything that is in my control Mr [Member Name Removed] I absolutely will and if not I completely understand your position and still continue to apologize."

"Sounds like we made several mistakes across the board. I'm not sure why I did not see this review until 7 months after. We have slowly been increasing prices over the years. Unfortunately we cannot help the our need to increase our rates, but we can help our customer service. We discuss all of our prices before any work is performed and if that was not discussed prior to your Spring Service than we sincerely apologize as well as if our work was not up to expectations. For Aeration we now charge $44.95 and should maintain that price for a few more seasons. Our reasoning behind the price is so we can overlap heavily to make the customer happy and pay a little more to our workers to keep them happy. You've been a customer for a long time and we sincerely apologize that we did not make you happy last season and would be more than willing to work something out to regain your business again this season as you've been a customer for a long time. I'm very sorry for the dissatisfaction. Donnie"
