Interior Design and Decorating
We did not know until we
emailed you and asked January 5th you responded January 6th that on Sat
that let designers come in. WE had no idea until I asked and thought
that was very strange you did not inform us asap up front at Bedrosians.
We were definitely caught off guard and were not told the whole time
we were with you the first time we looked at granite. I had to ask by
email and then got a response as to who you were in relation to them and
also what the process was. You asked if we were working with anyone???
and NEVER mentioned a "fabricator" that is crucial!!!! but we will
inform Bedrosians of this fact as it is important they know this.
We
do not want Josh to deliver the sink as it is crucial we get all
the pieces boxes etc back form him in one piece and given how the sink
before was brought over that is a concern Jeff dropped it off Jeff will
pick it up we do NOT want Josh delivering it to us. Please respect that.
We
have not been treated well and are still concerned about future health
problems down the line...which we do hold you personally liable for. Our
sink is now leaking and we have the inspection that shows it was in
good working order, we have many many photos and there is still water
under the crawl space which in addition to the mold abatement has to be
cleaned up we have cleaned up enough mess thus far.
If you do nothing else please respect that and facilitate that a refund is post haste ...that should be realistic to you.
You may be inconvenienced and have to take time and effort to do this but please do that it is what is right.
I am sorry you need to get money from Josh but that is your personal issue NOT ours we
expect a refund asap so that we can put the granite in our house we have waited two decades to do...
We
will be discussing this with Bedrosians in the morning and making sure
that they are informed of the delays in getting our refund , the state
of our home, and the process that has happened to us so this happens to
know one else.
We need our deposit back no later than Monday 5pm as
we have another company coming over to install. Any delay is unfair to
us...the work was not preformed correctly and damaged was caused to our
home in the process...we have been through enough.
Thank you for
at least making sure this happens. Unfortunately the ugliness is with
your lack of attention to detail and not there for making sure the job
is done well and the customer is informed and helped. You have done
nothing to facilitate making sure the customer is happy and that the job
is done. WE again have a damaged sink, a damaged basement, no
granite, and definelty have heard enough excuses as to why things
aren't happening it is just enough already please, GIVE US A REFUND
ASAP. We will be informing Bedrosians and making sure they are aware
but in the future unless you can put your customers satisfaction as a
priority you will not be in business very long. I am including all the
phone numbers and information online so you can be made aware of the
confusion about how to locate you for your future self education and
learning.

What
ever you need to do is what you need to do as we should not be
inconvenienced anymore than we have so please return the funds given
Monday by 5pm Thank you in advance. Please let Josh know that he
missed meeting Jeff at 8pm Sunday in which he said he would and this
will be noted. Jeff spoke with him on the phone.....and they made
arrangements. THe cost of Jeff's delayed flight and business
arrangements will be added to the damage of our home. He will make
arrangements with Josh not you... again to be at the shop to pick up the
sink in exactly the condition is was brought to Josh in. It is a very
expensive sink over 400 and if not returned in that condition (in box
and perfectly condition we took photos before we dropped it off just in
case) will also be counted as damage.
We have done everything we
can and you even said "If it was me I would have walked away". I am
expecting you to respect that as customers we have been through enough
and that you should be doing all you can to make sure this is ended
appropriately and not at YOUR OWN CONVENIENCE
which is what it feels like we have been up all hours cleaning up
water? now have a damaged house...have no funds to get our granite in a
timely manor have no sink we bought...and on and on. Enough please at
least have enough courtesy to give us our refund asap and not expect us
to wait for a good time for you and josh? WE are not to be waiting
anymore and that is very realistic...this is not Interiors By Evelyn "I

We could not do
that? It was not a good time for us to clean up water all night and not
sleep? It was not a good time for us to take time off work to not have
an install? It is not a good time for us to be inconvienienced by a
plummer to treat our home. It is not a good time for us to wait to get
our sink back and our granite or refund??? It was not a good time that
for a week my kids were afraid to run the dishwasher? It is not fun to
know that we have a
leak RIGHT now in a new house we bought that was just inspected and was
awesome before this??? Right now I have a pail under my sink ruining a
brand new cabinet? IT is also not good that Josh agreed to meet us at
8pm so that we could pick up the sink and he did not answer after
agreeing...we have been lied to multiple times by both of you and it is
Just wrong...and you know it is. It is not fun to know that I am
deathly illergic to mold and that may happen. in our future due to this
damage...that is unfair. It may not matter to you any of this but it
does to our family and we are very focused on making sure this NEVER
happens to anyone else.
Please refund our money and if nothing else treat us right this one time.

I can wish for is that no other person has to go through this with you
again...it is horrible and has been horrific for us...very sad.

but on Saturdays am on site designers they offer me great pricing so I
can pass on to you. I have my own granite installer. No extra fee.
Bedrossians does not do granite fabrication they only sell the products
