Todd and coworkers did a great job and would hire again

Todd and Trevor did a good job installing the back splash in the kitchen and the butlers pantry area.

Todd was incredibly responsive and professional. Contractors are not always known for their communication and follow up skills but Todd was very quick to get back to me, let me know when he was on the way, and he finished the jobs in about 5 days...even working on weekend to get it done. Very good experience and would highly recommend. Great work and super responsive and quick.

Todd came out that day to give me an estimate. We agreed on a price and he was able to squeeze in this job. He started the next day. He was did a great job. He made a few suggestions that enhanced my original ideas. The workmanship on the job was very professional and it looks great. I had a tenant living in there, and I trusted Todd with the keys. He did not disappoint. He proved to be trustworthy working in someone's house when they were not there. I also appreciate the fact that they cleaned up everything after the job was done. I will definitely call Todd again to work on other jobs in the future.

Wonderful! Todd was very professional and knew his stuff. Went above and beyond to ensure I had the right tile for my job....even drove me to Lowes to correct the tile. Finished work looks great and I am very happy with the finished results.

From the moment that we called to get an estimate of the small amount of work I needed done, both Lauren and Todd were very professional, responsive and knowledgeable.  Granite had just been put in our kitchen and we needed tile installed on the backsplash.  I already had the tile that I wanted to use, but needed assistance with grout selection and layout.  Todd came within a few days of my initial call to look at the project and had a bid in my hands 24 hours from the visit.   The install happened to be convenient to do fairly quickly since I already had my tile and they had everything done in 2 days.  The installers that came with Todd were both professional and did a very nice job.  I would most definitely use them again when I am ready for my next project!

Went very well. the owner came in and took his measurements and asked us what we wanted done then made suggestions that helped a lot in the end. Suggested to use a higher grade material and helped picking out the colors. His workers did a great job and we are very happy.

Integrity scored points right off the bat by being the only company of three I called that returned my call!  We set up an initial visit for an estimate within a few days.  Todd was on time, and did a thorough look at the space we wanted tiled.  He emailed me a comprehensive estimate within two days, and we had a start date set shortly after that.  Todd and his coworker Paul were very polite throughout the process, kept me apprised of where they were at, and most importantly, they did a great job.  The bathroom looks fantastic.  We would recommend them without reservation.

Excellent result, dusty along the way ( inevitable, I am afraid ). I would recommend Todd without reservation and certainly would hire him again.

Two workers, including the owner, were on time and ready to work. The entire job took 1 1/12 days and the end result was wonderful. They were very polite and respectable.

 Right from the start, we felt we could trust Todd to do the job as he described it. He was professional, but personable. We couldn't be more pleased with our newly tiled shower and the experience of working with Todd and his employee. We would definitely hire him again.

Todd had multiple jobs occuring during the same timeframe, so we felt like our job was not getting 100% of his attention. The hardwood floor removal crew were not careful around doorways, and damaged door trim, which had to be replaced.  Poor communication led to misunderstanding of how tile edges at doorways to other rooms would be finished, so several pieces had to be replaced to improve the appearance at one doorway.  An unsightly  joint was needed in bullnosing, which was re-worked after the fact.  All in all, we are well satisfied with Todd's work, and agreed with him that the devil is in the details and finish work, and need to be better defined before the job is started.  Todd performed the rework with no qualms, emphasizing his dedication to customer satisfaction.

We found Todd on Angie's List.  We had a couple of estimates, but likes Todd's laid back attitude.  His estimate was in line with the other estimates, but he also has a couple of guys that work with him so we figured it would make the job go quicker.
 
We started out wanting heated tile in the bathroom floor and tile our shower, prepping it for a steam unit later.  I did most of the tear out to include cabinets and a jet tub platform.  Todd's guys did the old shower tile and shower pan.
Todd met my wife and me at a couple of Tile stores and we talked about differences in Tile and all the options available.  This was very useful to us and unless you're in the know is highly recommended.
  
Early in the job we decided to go all the way and install the steam unit.  We had very high ceilings and asked Todd if he could lower it, which he did.  He also had a plumber that he worked with that was very good.  Tom Phelix, not sure that's spelled right, was very professional and I would recommend him if you need a plumber.  Todd's guys were very easy to work with also, cleaned up at the end of the day, and worked the whole time they were on site.
This was a very positive experience.  Todd did what he said he would do, and was very easy to work with when it came to making changes.  He hired the right guys to work with him and the subs were very good.  
 We now have a very beautiful heated travertine floor.  The steam shower is gorgeous.  Everyone has expectations when they hire someone to work in their home and those expectations are rarely fulfilled.  In this case Todd exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with the work.  I highly recommend Todd and his guys.  

Tod did a very good job at a reasonable price.  There were a couple of minor defects which he quickly fixed.  Overall we were very happy with with the work and are considering having him tile a bathroom for us..

He was professional, did a beautiful job, and the tile looks great.
