About us
We will visit your home or small business and perform repairs on your Desktop, Laptop or Surface Tablet. After that, we can set up an optional Monthly Maintenance program to ensure you are virus free and running fast and efficiently. All work is performed in the client's home up to 2 hours. If more time is needed the work is completed off site and returned, re-connected and tested.

Excellent, as always! I have been with Jim Wildman since July of 2012. I needed computer service and didn't want to have to take my computer somewhere, and the big name (Geek Squad) was too expensive for me. I found Jim, and what gem I found! Not only did he fix what was needed, I now use him every month just for maintenance. I'm a 60 year old woman and not so good at computer problems. So thankful to have found him! He calls you at a appointment time and fixes and repairs any problem you have right from his home to yours. He will come to you if needed!

I do not give praise lightly. People need to earn my praise. Jim consistently does an outstanding job maintaining my computer which gets very heavy use. I am a freelance writer and my computer is my livelihood. I cannot waste time taking my computer into a shop. For probably eight or nine years Jim has kept my computer in perfect working order on a monthly basis. I really appreciate the affordable price for this monthly service. Thank you, Jim!

It usually takes about a half hour for each computer. I have noticed a increase in speed and less problems over the year or more I have been using his service.

The provider arrived on time and on the same day as my initial call to him. He was very professional and immediately set to work to resolve numerous problems that were causing the machine to be sluggish and unresponsive. I'd recommend him to anyone experiencing PC problems

In-Home PC Repairs was great. Jim was personable, polite and professional, and was obviously experienced. Having him come to the house was VERY convenient--in the past I have had to unplug the many wires and plugs from my desktop, tote the heavy thing into a shop and then leave it for a week or more. Jim was here for about 2 1/2 hours--you can't rush good computer clean-up and we felt he was very thorough. We were very comfortable having him here and will certainly call Jim again for our future commuter issues.

I had taken the computer and monitor to a shop to be fixed. After a week, they decided it needed a new power supply, which was $100. After another week, it was ready and I went to get it. It did the same things as before when I got it home. I asked them if they could come to my house to fix it. They said yes, but it would be about $250. They said they were going to reinstall my printer drivers, etc. I really need my computer right now. I called Jim. He was here within an hour. He cleaned up some things, unplugged and replugged some things, checked for viruses (none) and updated a couple of software programs. The computer is working great and Jim charged less than half what the shop quoted. I am quite sure that the new power supply was not needed. Obviously, the problem had nothing to do with the printer drivers. Jim will be who I call for any future computer needs.

The laptop and netbook were fixed in home. The desktop had to go with Jim back to the shop. He did an excellent job and I would recommend using In-Home PC Repairs when your computer needs help.

I called Jim the morning the problem occurred. He responded back within one hour and set up an appointment that afternoon. He gave a 15 minute window of when he would arrive and he was right on time. He took a look at the error messages on the screen and went right to work, trying several approaches to fix the problem. He was soon successful and I was back up and running. He was friendly and professional. We discussed several ways to keep my computer optimally running and free of junk in the future. He fixed the problem in under 30 minutes in my home, saving me significant time and inconvenience.

The provider arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked continuously first on one computer and then the other. Through no fault of his own, some programs could not be downloaded quickly because of the relatively slow internet connection at my house. But he persevered until everything was finished. Both computers were running better and faster after he worked on them. Also, his prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend his services.
