Concrete Repair
The project went quickly and prompt as promised with good results from 8/22 to 8/28. The job was paid in full upon completion. Daniel Hernandez (partner in ICA Inc.) was in charge of this project and did an excellent job. To our surprise his partner "Patrick" (sorry no last name) came for the check, which we paid in full by check. In December we received a registered letter in the mail from an attorney in Denver saying there was an intent to file a lien against our property because of materials used on our job not being paid for. In investigating further the company didn't pay on many other jobs and has since disconnected their phones. The work was good but I would not suggest using these men again due to their lack of business ethics. Buyer beware, have all contractors sign a lien release unless you want to pay twice! I'm sure they will be back next summer under a new name. I would suggest going with an established company in town, put up with the wait and pay a little more.
