+ -1 moreThey're terrible. They just don't work half the time. I just don't like them. I've been wearing hearing aids for several years. I have to stick with them because I'm on a contract.

Description of Work: The Duette honey comb shades that we purchased have a lifetime warranty. One shade broke. We are getting the run around from Costco and Hunter Douglas. No one will fix it or return calls. I would not recommend this product. All of the pulls on these shades have broken as well.
