Among the three inspectors we used in the past 2 years, Kyle is the best. My husband knows very well about house inspection so we just go through the process before purchasing when calling for inspector. We’re impressed by Kyle because he pointed out some details that my husband wasn’t aware earlier, which gave us great bargain power in negotiating with the seller. His fee is very competitive as well. We’re pleased with him and will use him again in the future.
