Jim did a great job. Due to the age of our unit, they had to order parts. So while it took longer than we liked, we know we have an older unit. He had to use some rather unique adhesive to reassemble some of the valves and water conduit that were replaced. He warned us to keep it ventilated away from the rest of the house to avoid any breathing problems--24 hours later, all was fine and we refilled it--works great. He also determined we may have the main pump go out in the next year or so but he didn't say replace it right now as it's all working again. This is the third time we've had to ask him to fix things in the last couple years so we likely need to review how we're going to approach a system replacement in the near future. Jim has always been pleasant, professional and efficient. He's in great demand around town so we know we got a good professional to do our work when needed.

It went well. They were very friendly and very informative. They were very thorough. They gave us a quote upfront. It was not a part they had in stock so it took a couple of weeks to get it shipped here. Once it was here, they performed the turnaround in a couple of days.

We have a hot tub that had a jet motor going bad and a jet motor that never worked (we bought the tub from a friend and had another dealer install the tub. Note that the OTHER dealer never could figure out why 2 of the chairs didn't work). First off, Sharon was great in calling to let me know the status of the service repair. She let me know exactly when they would arrive. On their first visit, they confirmed that the motor that was going bad needed to be replaced. I told them of the two chairs that never worked, and they diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes?a bad 5.00 fuse. I thought that I was going to need to purchase two motors, but they were great and I only needed to replace one. Since the tub was of a brand that they did not sell, they had to order the motor. They returned at a later date and replaced the bad motor. It has been running great and I cannot tell you how pleased with are with the service that we received. We are regular customers of Hot Tub Heaven, buying all of the chemicals and accessories from them. Every single person that we have talked to or worked with has been incredibly helpful and honest.

Purchased a hot tub 2012 (Martinique by Caldera) from Hot Tub Heaven.
Delivery and set up as scheduled (except forgot the tie-down strap which was included I the price).
They didn?t offer to return to install the strap, they said that was up to me? as it was harder to install after water was in the tub. They damaged the deck post (as seen in photo) in two places, and failed to tell me about that (I guess they thought I
wouldn?t notice the 8? gash.)
I was having problems with maintaining the chemicals from the Spa Frog system. On 8/29 I placed a phone call to the dealer (Hot Tub Heaven). Sharon promised to call me back to schedule a time for the service work. Three weeks later, I still hadn?t been
called. Sharon said they were ?too busy closing up pools after Labor Day?. I would have appreciated a call or even a comment of apology saying they forgot to call me.
Service was scheduled to 9/18 and then later that day, was I was called and told that the service needed to be rescheduled to 9/20/13 at 9:30. I called Hot tub Heaven at 10:30 and was asked to reschedule, but insisted that visit be made that day. Steve was nice and helpful. Sharon in the office lacks customer service skills. I called again and left a message, and 3 weeks later, no response.
I have used Hanson Spas earlier for a different hot tub, and say that Hanson Spas has superior customer service. The service shouldn?t end at the point of sale. I would use Hanson spa over Hot Tub Heaven any day.

The people at Hot Tub Heaven are wonderful; friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Jim is the repairman and he is just great!
I needed their help getting my hot tub all set up and operational last year after several years of not being used, and Jim walked me through exactly how to operate the system and keep my hot tub running well.
I always feel that the price is very, very reasonable.

Jim with Hot Tub Heaven was fantastic. He was prompt and professional. He was able to make short time of hooking up the hot tub, but one of the motors was bad (you could hear it when he started it up). He came back a few days later to replace it. What was really great is that he would run and do other appointments while the tub was filling with water, thus not charging me for that extra time. I would defiitely call Hot Tub Heaven again.
