Everything went fine. All of my existing components were used and every effort was made to do the job as fast and as inexpensive as possible. All the while trying to produce the highest visual and sound quality as possible. I was given contact information for the technician and was encouraged to contact them if I had questions or problems. I mentioned that I was planning to get a new VHS to replace the older one, and they hooked that up as well. I was told just let us know and we will stop by and switch that for you.
