Home Improvement Consulting was started by Sam and Melissa as a project management company for home owners that have little to no construction experience. HIC is customer focused and quality conscious. Sam has over 16 years experience as a project manager for commercial and residential construction. HIC is also a construction company and can take on small and large projects such as the following; Framing, drywall, painting, fences, sheds, decks, patio covers, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, basements, hardwood and laminate flooring, trim and more.
