I love love love having my house cleaned. It always smells crisp and fresh when I walk in at the end of the day. Now don't get me wrong no one is perfect 100% of the time, but Home Cleaning Centers of America is AMAZING at Customer Service. They always come back and fix mistakes, at times that work for you. Having someone clean your home is a very personal thing. No one notices the same things but they learn what things are the most important to you and remember them. BUT the one thing that sets them apart is their standards for every cleaning. You couldn't ask for a better set of management or staff.

The crew was new . they sent 3 people to get my home up to their standards. For 200.00 worth of cleaning they only cleaned my master bed room and my sons room and one bath room upstairs. Nothing was done downstairs. I paid an additional 127.00 and the vacuumed the upstairs and cleaned the downstairs. In the past with the more experience crew they would have 2 people clean upstairs and one person start on the downstairs area. If I hadn't paid the extra money they were going to leave the my house in a mess. I wouldn't use again. very un caring all about the money. I asked for angie's list or military discount they didn't offer any for January .

Unfortunately, we found this company unacceptable after using them every two weeks from May of 2015 to May of 2016. Too many broken items (four) and too many callbacks (two) when they failed to clean items on the list to be cleaned. "Accidental Breakage" was happening far too frequently, and the hassle of fixing or replacing items exceeded the convenience of the service. Charge increased from $202 to$207 each two week visit over the year we used their service.

After having experienced poor service of cleaning my house in the past, I studied Angie's List to find a professional house cleaner. By phone I interviewed three top-rated house cleaners based in Colorado Springs. One promised to come by and give me an estimate; they never showed but called a week later confused on when they promised to view my home. The second was way too expensive. Christine at Home Cleaning Centers of America - Colorado Springs quoted $33.00 per hour per person plus $12.00 insurance charge. Christine confirmed the arrival time and four cleaners arrived on time. The supervising cleaner Leah led her team of three associates to clean my home interior including: dusting cabinets, doors, baseboards, metal railings; cleaning glass interior windows between rooms and mirrors; hand-cleaning of wooden and tile floors and vacuuming of carpet; and cleaning of tile and natural-stone cabinet countertops. Since my window washer just cleaned the inside and outside of exterior windows and doors, the house cleaning crew did not do this task. The cleaners expertly cleaned my house in 3 hours.

Good and reliable company. I had a problem with one of the crews, and they responded swiftly and even offered to re-do the cleaning. I asked never to have that crew at our house again, and they agreed with no issues. The people are friendly and thorough. It's a bit pricey, but worth it. We've had cleaning services in the past that for various reasons didn't work out. This group is in and out in about an hour and a half and they're like a whirlwind moving around the house. It's never fun having a bunch of strangers in your house, but this is as painless as it gets.
