AWESOME!! After a late summer hail storm, we thought our roof might have sustained a lot of damage so we called Holladay Grace Roofing (HGR) for their review. They had done some work for us previously when we first moved into our house in 2001. Then they were prompt, courteous and they fixed our few issues so I didn’t hesitate to call them again 18 years later! Indeed we had severe damage, so I made a claim to our homeowners insurance and scheduled an inspection. Holladay Grace attended the inspection and so glad they did as the appraiser, using a drone didn’t see much damage, so HGR took him up to the roof and pointed out all the damage which could not be seen 100 feet from above! For this service alone I highly recommend Holladay Grace Roofing! Holladay Grace, reviewed the claim estimate and made some recommendations to be sure we were getting what we needed to repair our roof entirely. Once we had all the paperwork for the claim complete, which only took a week or so, we scheduled to have our roof redone. Holladay Grace did an awesome job. They were wonderful to work with. They worked hard over 4 days to take it all down and put up new; they cleaned everything up and our new roof looks great! The crew who worked on our home were respectful and honestly I have never seen such a hard working group! Cameron Brown, HGR Manager, was here every day before, during and after to make sure he understood our expectations, we understood what was going to happen and when and to make sure all the work was completed to our satisfaction. If you need a new roof, gutters or just some repairs, we highly recommend Holladay Grace Roofing.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! If you're reading this, then you're looking to have your roof repaired or replaced, and I'm glad you're taking the time to do some due diligence. The company and name of Holladay Grace was sold within the past two years, so I urge you to discount any review that has not been posted in the past 18 months. I'm writing this review as a customer that experienced first hand how the former and new owners operate. I'm personally saddened to write this review because the previous owner had built a great company and reputation and the new owner has very little interest in quality craft, taking care of his customers or doing what his company promises. Here's a BRIEF description of what I experienced: Pros - Very quick to get an estimator to my house, make a bid and get a contract signed. Cons - They started the roof replacement several months after they said they were going to. - I was told it would take less than a week to do the roof and gutters. It took them over three months. Part of the delay was because they misordered the amount of material. - They said they were installing a Class IV premium shingle and then did not install that grade of shingle. - They damaged and broke personal property said they were going to reimburse me for it and never did. -I have kids and dogs at home and asked countless times to be given a heads up when they were coming to do work. Every time I made the request they promised to have their crew give me a call and in the 20+/- times they made trips to my house they never once called. On one occasion they came over after 8:30 pm, got on my roof and started hammering and banging around. It was very alarming, and I initially thought someone was trying to break into my house! - The company they subcontracted with to deliver the material did permanent damage to my driveway. When I asked them about getting it repaired, I was told this wasn't their problem and to contact the delivery company and offered NO help in getting this issue resolved. - After they claimed the roof and gutter installation was complete and wanted payment in full, I walked the property to find substantial amounts of cigarette butts, trash, roofing materials scattered throughout my yard and in my bushes. Several gutters were installed crooked, damaged flashing and shingles were installed, different colored screws and brackets were used on the gutters and look terrible. It took me countless calls and emails to the supervisor, owner, and office manager to try and get these issues fixed. After several months of pestering and not paying, they sent crews out three times to clean up the trash and debris and never did a satisfactory job, and the roof and gutters look marginal at best. I've been going out in my yard for several weekends now to pick up their trash and have now had two roofing nails puncture holes in my car tire. I finally got tired of continually hounding them to do their job, paid them and have moved on. I will NEVER use this company again and actively urge you to find a different roofing company.

This company was very professional and easy to work with. I had to make one reminder call but they responded immediately and came out the next day. Their bid was not the lowest that we got, but they had a very good rating from both Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau so I felt comfortable giving them our business. I would call them again for any roofing needs.

I was very impressed with Chad during the estimate. He took one look at the leak and knew exactly what was wrong. The estimate he provided was about the same cost as the other estimates we got from other providers. But, Holladay Grace was able to get a domed skylight to match the others on our roof while the other providers would have replaced it with a flat skylight.
On the day the work was performed, the crew was very polite and efficient. They took care of the job exactly as defined in the contract and they cleaned up everything after they were done.

They were professional, they did a good job and we had no problems!

All aspects of this business are first rate. Our initial phone call was answered by a friendly, knowledgeable person who kept us updated about appointment. A gentleman came within a couple of days to estimate what the roof repair would cost. We received a formal quote offering options and pricing within a day or so. When we faxed back the quote authorizing the work, a repair person came the next day and did the repair. We received the final invoice which had a clear explanation of services rendered and the exact price quoted. Our impression of this business is simply that they know what they're doing and they do it well from start to finish. We will absolutely call them next time with any roofing issues.

. The owner worked very hard to squeeze me in my time constraint and and
emergency trip which had to happen. There was a mistake made but they
were very gracious and admitted and had it fixed the next business day.
The subs they used for gutters and painting were fantastic- really knew
their business and charged a separate but reasonable price.

This was a very good experience. I had Holladay Grace Roofing repair a leaking skylight (after 2 others couldn't get it to stop leaking!) and so I gladly called them back for the entire re-roof. I did get 3 quotes to make sure the prices were comparable to the work to be performed. Holladay Grace's price was very reasonable and they were finished in 2 days and the perimeter of the work area was totally cleaned up when they left. The roof looks really nice and my skylight STILL is dry! They are very friendly and easy to deal with (especially since there were insurance checks involved with this job) and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any of my roofing needs.

Holladay Grace replaced my roofing some 20 years ago after a hail storm and did a great job so I called them for an estimate after the two hailstorms we had last June. They were one of the few roofers who came out, inspected the roof and gave me an estimate on the cost of replacing the shingles without asking me what my insurance company was going to pay me. We did a lot of shopping around looking at different types of roofing to replace the old cedar shakes. We settled on the Certainteed Presidential TLs, got on Holladay Grace's work schedule and they called a couple days ahead to let us know when they would be there to start the job. Took a couple days and the roof looks great. They did a good job cleaning up after the work. I would have liked a few shingles left behind in case a small repair was needed later but none were left. They are not the least expensive company to use but they do good work.

Holladay Grace Roofing once again replaced my roof after a devastating hail storm. The reason I choose them is from previous good experiences, they replaced my roof two years ago after it was destroyed in a hail storm and quickly repaired a vent I destroyed when I botched a repair job. They don't ask for money upfront, when the repair work is completed and your satisfied they bill you. They stuck as close to the estimated time of completion as the weather allowed, the crew was professional and did an outstanding job with the cleanup.
Holliday Grace is a local company that has been in business for a long time they are not the least expensive company but I trust them, unlike the storm chasers that swarmed the area after the storm passed.

Holladay Grace Roofing were just fabulous. Originally they were recommended by State Farm, but I called them myself the last two times. They were just very good. Their prices are reasonable. They only do roofing. It has been great and they clean up and they're fabulous. I was very pleased. They quality of the people they have working for them is just good. And believe it or not, there is a certain amount of noise you have to endure, but they weren't yelling at each other, they didn't have radios going. They were very sensitive for the neighborhood.

I called several roofers trying to get a roof patch done immediately due to pending storms and a leak coming thru my kitchen ceiling.Their office was pleasant to work with. A repair person was sent within a few hours, and they patched the hole.

Excellent presentation, ie., explaining how the company works and services provided. All work done when scheduled and within a week of receiving contract. No up-front costs....full payment upon successful completion of job. Follow-up and inspection. I work have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years, and Holladay Grace exemplifies what excellent customer satisfaction.

Roofers showed up on time, very hard working and efficient crew. Finished the job in one day and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

Services provide on time, great quality. Only issue we had was to get them to come police up stray nails.

They did an excellent job. They were extremely efficient. They came with the whole crew when they said they were coming and they finished up in two days. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up by themselves and they didn't leave anything around. The roof is sound and did a really really good job. The workers were very nice and very efficient. We didn't have any interaction with the workers but main interaction was with the person who did the estimate. I don't know his name but he was very very professional. He was very good when compared to some that we had.

Their price was really good. The work was done really quickly. My roof looks great. They cleaned up after they finished the job. After they finished the job they gave us a letter that stated that they had recycled all the material as well. They were very honest. Their prices were lower than all the other estimates that I received. It's a family owned business and they have been around for about twenty years. They have an excellent rating with the business bureau. I would use their services in the future too.

I had long ago given up on Holladay for roofing because they came it at about double the next lower bid on the first few jobs I had them bid. With our townhome community, fewer roofers were able to handle a job of this size, and it put Holladay Grace more into its sphere of competition. They still were pretty expensive, but so were all the others who were big enough to roof 22 large buildings in a timely fashion. This is the size job where they shine, not for your single-family house.

They were very conscientious, stopping when they came to problems that needed to be fixed, rather than just keeping on moving the way most roofers will do. The work was top-notch, and they bent over backward to make sure everyone was satisfied. They could have done much lower quality of work without anyone really noticing, but they took pride in their work.

The estimator was on time on the day that they indicated, and answered all our questions in detail. The estimate was provided within a week and was detailed. The soffit and fascia board repair was completed on the day they indicated they would be there and all repairs were made, including the matching of the paint color. The roof removal crew was there on the day they indicated, first thing in the morning. Our neighbors have the same roof we had removed, and the company and crew gladly saved some of our old tiles for the neighbors, stacking them neatly on the back deck. They did a good job in cleaning up the area around the house. The removal crew was also responsible for preparation for new installation, including the laying of the felt. They were supposed to also install a leak barrier (optional below 7000 feet elevation), but failed to do so. It was not discovered until half of the new roof was installed. The roof installer indicated that the leak barrier is only required on installations over 7000 feet in elevation, and the lack of the barrier would not compromise the integrity of the roof or change the roof or workmanship warranty. Holladay Grace agreed with the roof installer and without hesitation removed the cost of the leak barrier from the final bill. The new roof installation was subcontracted by Holladay Grace, and the installation went well. During the roof installation, Holladay Grace replaced a broken skylight with a new skylight. Upon completion of the roof installation, Holladay Grace came out and inspected the work, on the day the roof was completed. The roof installation was completed on time. Holladay Grace subcontracted the installation of the seamless gutters and downspouts, which began about a week after the roof was completed. The gutter contractor had difficulty in removing the old gutters in the front of the house because of a rotten fascia board that was not detected earlier and because of the way the roof installer attached the roof tiles at the edge line. Holladay Grace had to remove the first row of tiles (which destroyed them) and replace the fascia board. After the gutter was installed, Holladay Grace called back the roof installer to replace the removed tiles with new tiles. They replaced the fascia and tiles with no additional charge. We were very concerned about this, but Holladay Grace assured us the roof would be just as sound as before the gutter problem. The replaced tiles and roof edge look good. The gutter contractor installed the downspouts, which matched the color of the stucco on the house. However, the elbow joints they used were of several mismatched shades. We made a complaint to Holladay Grace, who had the gutter contractor come back to fix the problem. The gutter contractor balked at replacing the elbows and was going to use spray paint to match the color. We again complained to Holladay Grace, who contacted the contractor and insisted they use new factory-painted elbows. The issues with the gutter removal and the downspouts pushed the completion of the project out more than two weeks beyond the estimate. However, we feel that Holladay Grace always listened to us and handled the issues with the subcontractors for us. Because of the delay, they were happy with us paying only half of the bill until the job was completed to our satisfaction. Holladay Grace always returned our calls within the day we made them, and on several occasions, stopped by the house to consult with us. Despite the issues with the leak barrier and gutter installation, we would happily recommend Holladay Grace Roofing to anyone wanting a new roof or in need of roof repairs. To date we have had no problems with the roof, but will get a better idea of its performance this spring with heavy spring snow and late spring rain. The roof has a 50 year product warranty and a 10 year workmanship warranty.

Holladay Grace Roofing answered the phones when I called. They gave me an estimate within 24 hours and the repair was done the day after I hired them. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. The workers were considerate, quiet (!) and all the repairs were done quickly. I'm very happy with the end results and will continue to use them for any future roofing jobs.

Roof job was good, but they did not flash one of our skylight appropriately, which leaked and damaged plaster. When I contacted them, they agreed to fix the flashing, but never did come back to fix the plaster damage. We would NEVER use a HALLADAY business again.
