Heuberger Subaru

They're reliable and have been in nearly a decade, don't over quote and their service is good.

Based on what she's told me, she is very, very happy with them. Very punctual. Easy to make arrangements to get in for service. She got in the same day.

It all went as very well as it could. They were very professional. They knew exactly what they had and what they could provide for us.

They're one of those companies that have a really high reputation, like a nationally known window company.  Their price is a tad high; I'd say $50 to $75 higher than it should have been.  They sell about  forty cars a day.  They've got a latte bar with a barista in the dealership with free lattes and drinks, and they've got a Koi pond built right into the floor with ferns and plants around it.  You can walk right up to the pond and look in it, inside the dealership showroom.  They have a lady who will make whatever you want; lattes, cappucinos, espressos, and you can sit there and just guzzle coffee or lattes until your car is ready or until the shuttle driver is ready to take you home.  You can just drop your car off and they'll take you right home.  When the car was ready, they called me to arrange for the shuttle driver to pick me up.  They don't know that I have cameras in my car, dash cameras, and I can listen to them and watch them fix my car and they don't know the cameras are going, and sometimes they cuss.  They say, blankety-blank SUV, I can't stand these blankety-blank cars.  Actually, all you can do is see the hood come up and once the hood is up it blocks the view, and you don't know what they're doing under there. You can tell if they're driving your car recklessly, too.  I dropped my car off on a Thursday and picked it up two days later.

I’m on a lease so anything they do, or anything that needs to be done, they do it.

I think I dropped my car off for the day.  The workers were really good.  When the work was completed they went over everything with me, and everything was good to go.  I've gone there since I bought the car in 2012.  I do all my maintenance there.  They've always been good.

I would use them again in future.

This is the third car we have bought there. It is all very good and very prompt. They tell you what needs to be done. If it turns out that something doesn't need to be done, or if something more needs to be done, they will call you. They are very good about keeping you informed about what needs to be done. The waiting area is very nice. The workers are very nice. I gave them an a overall because it is all uniformly good, that is what they strive for. They work at being responsive, good and polite and helpful.

Quality of the vehicle is great and quality of the service is great. They are the best priced Subaru dealership in probably the country. The workers are all top-notch. They're all great. I wouldn't tell them to do anything differently. One of the things that stuck out though was when my was buying her car, I knew exactly what I wanted so it wasn't an issue, but they actually listened to her, instead of telling her what they thought she needed, and they listened to her and helped her find what she wanted. That stood out to me.
