The 3 years well almost 3 years that I have used them. they have always been responsive, professional, knowledgeable people. They don't oversell. They don't try to upsell. I know that is an issue with maintenance. I would buy another car from them.

They are reasonable priced and they used synthetic oil.  I really love them.  They are always on time.  They give you options.  They have a free cafe.  All the people there take time to get to know you by name, who you are and what kind of car you have.  It’s just really nice.  Everytime I go there, they greet me by my name now.

The engine was found to be performing well within normal limits, the fuel consumption was within normal range for Colorado Springs altitude, and the engine noise was below that of the average Subaru.  However, three oil leaks were were identified, two of which were repaired, and the third, I was advised to monitor but, no repair was recommended at this time.  Also, a thermostat replacement was also noted as a possible future repair.  The Staff were most accommodating, and the Master Mechanic excellent.  I would certainly recommend Heuberger's Subaru Service Department and will be returning to them for service in the future.

The salesman were very honest and not shady one bit. We liked their no haggle policy.

This was the worst new car purchase I have ever experienced. Commitments were made, commitments broken. I was shuffled from one employee to another. Excurses I'm to busy, my day off. I sold your car to someone else you can have the next one that comes in that meets your selection criteria. Had I not wanted a New Subaru I would have gone to another Dealer. The process took over thirty days. I had expected the process to be smooth and hassle free. It was not.

Debbie, the Service Advisor, oversaw the service on the 7th - called me a couple of times to give me updates and turned around the service time according to my request. Very impressed with Debbie!

It went okay. The mechanics did a full exam and it seemed like they were not giving me all the options for repairing my car. Thy didn't I've me alternatives to Fixing my differential and didn't think outside the box.

Heuberger Subaru is my preferred choice for oil changes and maintenance.  The service was priced appropriately, and included a card/voucher for a car wash down the road (it would be nice if they would clean the car on-site, but hey, it's still free).  They also fixed an annoying squeaking noise in my car door for free!  The lounge area is decent, though connecting to the wi-fi was a bit of a challenge, so make sure you ask an employee for help if you can't connect.

I went in to have two holder buttons in the back seat replaced (these are the buttons mounted in the seat that allow the back seat to recline). The buttons on both sides were loose. They replaced them while I waited. However, one of the buttons was broken when they replaced it, so they had to order another one. This required that I come back again. They do have a very nice service team that is very cordial, and they also have a nice waiting room with free beverages.

I put out a request for proposals of a car via an Internet car-buying site. Ten minutes later the Internet manager at Heuberger emailed me with a quite acceptable precise dollar quote on an acceptable model. After a couple more days of shopping I bought the car at the price he had made in the first place.

They are top notch. Sometimes, they're a little overbooked, so it takes awhile. On the other hand, their service is excellent!

I have not had any problems with them as of yet. I really trust them when I take my car in for service. I pretty much turn it over to them when I take it in there.  I have had a Subaru since 1990 and I will continue to use them in the future if needed.

They have a really nice facility, and take good care of their customers.

They are pretty quick in their performance but always accurately done. They offered competent prices. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with their efficient service.

It is nice that they have a coffee shop where I can get free coffee while I am waiting. I like the people there. They are just very friendly. We have bought four cars from them. We like the cars and the people there; they are real nice people.
