It went very smoothly!  The crew of three arrived ahead of schedule and were finished that day.  They were pleasant to work with and knew exactly what they were doing.  They went out of their way to cap off an existing natural gas line and to find existing electrical outlets that were no longer in use so it was not necessary to install a new electrical box.
The only problem was that they didn't clean up the debris left from drilling holes in wall board.  Maybe I should have grabbed the vacuum before they moved the furniture back in place.
Because they were Mitsubishi certified installers, my Mitsubishi warranty was extended.
And I got an Angie's List discount.

The annual routine service on my furnaces revealed that one, which was installed when the house was built 40 years ago, now had holes in the heat exchanger and had to be replaced.  I had consultations and bids from five companies, all of which tried honestly to determine the best replacement for my particular needs.  I accepted the bid from HPE because (1)it was the lowest and (2)they have done all the mechanical work in my house and I am familiar with the quality of their work.  The installation was done five days after I accepted the bid (their first available time).  The installers arrived promptly at the appointed hour.  They worked in an area in the garage, so they were not obtrusive in any way.  The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished.  Todd Stark of Service Sales came by toward the end of the installation to be sure all was going well.  When the Regional Building Inspector came to do the final inspection, he commented on what a good installation it was.  The installers were polite and friendly.  I heartily recommend HPE.

I do not use them for plumbing, I use someone else. They are not the cheapest in town by any means but the fact that they are the ones that installed the heating and cooling in my house. Consequently, they are familiar with the system, their records show what they have done on the various calls and so it just seems more efficient to keep using them.
I also have a humidifying system in the heating system and I have had to call them twice over the years on the humidifying aspect and interestingly that's not the same people that they send if you call to look into your heating.

.They did a good job for us last time. I have dealt with them for quite a few years. and they deal with our brand of air conditioner.

They are wonderful. They have a long history here. They are very trustworthy, and they are always effective. On this visit, they were excellent and efficient as usual. They explain what they're doing, and they give you an update on how things work. Once, the pilot light blew out on our water heater, and they were here within an hour and a half to fix it.

Very professional and thorough. Did a good job and cleaned up after.

Audie gave me a work start date, showed up with no drama with a crew, did the work, cleaned up, left. Wow! If all my plumbing issues went as smoothly. They actually ran a new line rather than repair the old one and I almost can't find where it was done, the surface repair was so complete.
