Dan did an excellent job! He made sure all the carpet & surrounding areas were covered in tarps. He ably to cleaned a very dirty fireplace & glass front. Got my ignition and fan switches working again. Very quick & efficient.

I highly recommend Hearthmasters. My gas fireplace is 27 years old and parts basically non-existent. Nick found a very reasonable solution to replace what wasn't functioning and it works perfectly. Nick is extremely professional, thorough, and explains all repairs and costs precisely. I wish all home repair businesses were this fantastic and easy to work with.

Danny Martinez fixed our fireplace and added a blower (at our request). While the work was in progress630, he found a way to save us $100 off his original estimate. The work was completed promptly, the mess cleaned up, and the fireplace is working again.

Great job on the cleaning. Did not seem to want to do anything else. Asked about thermostat and was told read the manual since they are all different. Brought up that the FP only works on high although it does have hi and lo settings, and 1st was told it does change but very slight difference. Then he finally agreed is working only on hi when I disagreed, but talked me out of trying to repair as probably to costly. Did not seem to want to try to find the problem or repair. Pretty costly for cleaning two FP's although good job on that.

Superbly! Dan had us photograph the fireplace before coming out, ordered the correct parts, was meticulous in the installation, assured that all was in working order, and departed leaving the area as clean as when he arrived. The repair involved new parts (valve and generator) and was value priced. All portions of the fireplace were thoroughly cleaned. Would we hire again? We have, for the conversion to gas of a larger, wood-burning fireplace. Over the years, we have had many repair professionals in our home; Dan is among the very best.

Excellent. Nick, the Service Tech arrived within the promised time. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Price was very reasonable.

Danny is very friendly and explained everything. No pressure. He did my daughter's fireplace a few years ago, and she highly recommended him to us. We will have him back again when needed. Our fireplace is now more efficient and completely cleaned.

Quick and simple fix!

Daniel did an absolutely perfect job in every respect. He has been working on gas fireplaces for 32 years and knows exactly what to do to get them operating at optimal levels. He re-installed one fireplace that had been installed incorrectly. Both fireplaces are now functioning better than they ever have since we moved into this home. Daniel's charge for the work performed was more than fair and he warranties his work for the season. When I mentioned that I had found him through Angie's List, he volunteered an Angie's List discount of ten percent without even being asked. I enthusiastically recommend Hearthmastersl for any and all of your gas fireplace needs.

Excellent! Initially I just needed one repaired. When they got here, they found out that the components were very dirty and clogged. They did not try to replace something that didn't need to be replaced. While they were at my house, they offered to service the upstairs fireplace as well. Everything for 150.00. I'm very happy with the service!

After reading HearthMasters' review on Angie's List, I called on a Saturday to leave a message. To my surprise, the owner, Danny answered. He not only could do the work, he did it THE VERY SAME DAY. And it was outstanding! Shoes off, blankets laid down in front of the fireplace. He and his son were personable, professional, efficient and went above and beyond. (They even repainted our screen--it looks brand new!). All for $100, which included replacing part of the window gasket. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Danny and his son were very professional, took their shoes off at the door, laid blankets all over the floor and explained everything they were doing. Danny continued to move logs around until it was absolutely perfect! They even cleaned up when they left! They also informed me that my fireplace had a place for a blower that would give me some extra heat, so I went ahead and had them install that as well. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt they were worth every penny. I will definitely be calling them again next year.

Service went extremely well, he was prompt to come out and did an exceptional cleaning job and got the fireplace working again.

There were good. They were thorough. They had to come back cause it was a hard issue but they stuck with it.

Two gentlemen came to perform the service. They had drop clothes to protect my floor and nearby furniture and took off their shoes so as to not bring in any snow or dirt from the street. They did a thorough job of cleaning both stoves and made the necessary adjustments to get the mixture right on one of the stoves. The other stove's mixture was okay. They were both friendly and explained each step as they worked. The gas fireplaces need to be serviced about every two years and I will definitely call these guys back to do the work.

I called Hearthmasters based on information listed on Angies List for fireplace and fire pit installations. I had hail damage to my chimney cap and was looking for someone to replace my damaged chimney cap. In speaking with Daniel I found out he also did gas fireplace cleaning and service. I set up a time for Daniel to come to my home to clean and service my fireplaces and to look at my chimney cap at the same time. Daniel showed up on time and called ahead to be sure we were still available to have the work done. We discovered when Daniel showed up he actually probably did the install of the fireplaces when the house was built! He was very familiar with both units and quickly got to work. While speaking with Daniel I also discovered he worked on fire pits and new install of fireplaces. Since one of my fireplaces is a gas log install with no heat benefit, I am interested in changing it out. Daniel gave me information on what would be needed to accomplish this project and also gave me information on what he could do to improve my fire pit set up. He said he would follow up with information and estimates on both projects and I will be following up with him in the spring to do the projects.
        I have been using another company for the last several years to clean and service my fireplaces,\; but after working with Daniel, I will always be using Hearthmasters going forward. Daniel is just so knowledgeable and easy to work with, it would be foolish to work with anyone else. I have never been so satisfied with my fireplace service!

Dan and his assistant were on time, they protected our carpet and performed a clean and safety check of our fireplace.  Dan was very helpful explaining what he was doing and how we could best use the features of our fire.  Following their visit the fireplace is now working perfectly and looking great.

Dan Doren and his apprentice, Tiffany were both professional and courteous.  They were on time and did their job in a timely manner.  They took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. Great service.

Dan was very professional, and just a nice person.  He was on time.  He explained everything and got the job done in a timely manner.  When he left I was happy with the job and felt he was a trustworthy personand represented his company well.
