Mark showed up when he said he was going to for both the estimate and the job. He was always polite and professional. I didn't want oil based polyurethane because strong smells give me bad headaches and oil based sealers are notorious for noxious fumes. Mark gave us the pros and cons for both oil and water based sealers and let us decide. Some companies will not do water based sealers because they are more difficult to put on. Mark was happy to go along with our choice. The floors were beautiful when they were done! They looked brand new after 20 years of wear. We would highly recommend Hardwood Floors of Colorado to anyone who asked us.
