GTS CONSTRUCTION

GTS was beyond excellent! We had JUST bought the home...had not quite moved in when the water damage occurred. Our emotions were running deep, and we can honestly say that GTS and EVERY subcontractor they brought into our home were supportive, understanding, and professional. They offered suggestions without telling us what to do. They supported us through upgrades that we made to areas of our home, and got quotes back to us quickly. They answered questions and responded to issues promptly. Gene was VERY hands-on as was our project manager, Bob. We felt comfortable and SAFE with all the people in our home. Work was thorough and prompt. GTS was always punctual, and always gave us a weekly and daily rundown of what to expect, who would be there, and when so we could plan our lives. Having a project manager also gave me a contact for sudden changes in schedules (sick kids, etc...). Bob also was here when subcontractors were on site to answer questions, and to support our personal lives (i.e., needing to leave home to pick up kids from school). We cannot say enough about them. Our home is even MORE beautiful thanks to them. We would recommend them highly, and quite honestly, we would not consider another contractor coming to our home. We were so impressed! We have built three homes from the ground up in the past and NEVER received the TLC we got from GTS. If we were building, or needing upgrades/major remodeling projects, etc...we would not use anyone else in the Springs but GTS! Thank you, Gene and GTS!

2years after it was installed! Gene is quite simply, wonderful to work with.

We love them! Our experience with the quote process was top notch. They are very professional, knowledgeable with a lot of input on some things we hadn't even thought about. Gene is one of the best professional contractors we ever dealt with.

Everything went perfectly and I'm thrilled!
