After interviewing/receiving plans-bids from several contractors, we quickly settled on Gold Rush Construction to engineer a second story 12X30 Sun Room and adjoining deck to include a special design stairway to the backyard.  Greg (owner) listened to what we wanted, expertly incorporated special features that enhanced the design and completed the project under budget and one week ahead of schedule.  His crew was exceptional, never late, cleaned up the worksite area each day, briefed us on status and next steps.  They were always professional, friendly and very helpful.  Greg also remodeled our living room and again engineered unique features.  Neighbors are amazed at the quality and timeliness.  We definitely recommend Gold Rush Construction (best we've ever contracted and worked with) from building a home from scratch to any type of home upgrade.
