 + -1 moreWe were on a huge deadline because would not have had anywhere to live if we did not find something fast. She was able to give us lots of choices that were within our price range. She was very honest and worked really hard on getting us the best deal possible. We even got a $25000 incentive bonus for purchasing the house before the new year. When we got to the area we called her on the cell phone and she went right over to the house with the keys in her hand and was waiting for us at the door. They even closed for us without us being in the country, which we thought was great!
Description of Work: We had Gigi Williams as our Realtor and she helped us find a new home in the Colorado Springs area. We purchased a 3600 square foot home with a 2 car attached garage. The lot size was 1 acre. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
