My 2009 Audi A4 has a long, adventurous past. It has a rebuilt 2012 engine in it that was rebuilt with crappy parts that has now caused the timing chain to jump off and damaged two valves. Kirk's knowledge and Mike's technical skills have made a bad situation a lot easier to swallow. I trust them and will continue to use them in the future.

They couldn't find the problem, so they added fuel injector cleaner due to engine misfire. The very next day the light came back on.

I took my late model Mercedes in because there was brake dust coming from the wheels. The owner, Kirk explained the different types of brake pads, gave me an estimate, and told me what it could involve. I made an appt for the next day, they fixed my brakes, checked out everything, and kept the costs well within reason. I had 4 pads replaced with ceramic pads, and two front rotars. Very pleased!

My most recent visit was for a starter problem with a 2000 Saturn. They replaced the battery, starter motor and flywheel. Teeth were missing on the starter motor gear and the flywheel, and the battery was weak. The car was ready on time and is working well.

I now use this garage for all my Audi's maintenance and repair services. (It has 183K miles on it.) I had been told by the local dealership that I needed an entire new drive shaft, which would have cost $2,000 for a rebuilt part alone (which the dealership refused to warranty). I took my car to this garage, and learned I just had a much less expensive CV joint problem. It was fixed for $800.
