The GEMS team did a fantastic job! They were quick to respond when I found them online and were able to do the work in the next week. One of the large trees needed to fall in a specific direction as it could damage other trees and they did a great job of getting the tree to fall in the direction needed!

Before leaving they even neatly coiled the strap holding up the 45â fir we had them remove and even brought in my garbage totes!! FANTASTIC attention to the customer! A+

They gave me a quote of $1850 to remove the tree and grind the stump and the roots that were protruding above the surface. They did fine removing the tree but then said that it would cost $400 more to level the stump and protruding roots and that I would need to get a utility check before they could proceed. They were not going to dig, just grind the stump and roots down, and if the tree was in the way of utility lines, the roots would have uprooted them years ago. Untruthful and unprofessionals. Keep your promises and you might get good ratings, but this was a swindle. I would have used another provider had I known they were going to change the estimate AFTER the fact.
