Josse and his crew are highly recommended! Great communication and very fair prices. They were hired to take down a dying Locust tree and trim a long-overdue Elm. Josse took much care to protect surrounding landscaping and listened carefully to our needs. The crew did an excellent job with the trimming and removal and cleaned up well afterwords. I would not hesitate to hire again.

I am extremely pleased with Gem's Tree Service. Their estimator met me at my convenience, to assess, advise, and give me a very competitive quote on our tree cutting and stump grinding project. On the scheduled day the crew arrived on time and did a great, professional job. It was a very slick, efficient process, including cleanup, and went much faster than I anticipated. They will be the first call I make next time I have any trimming or cutting needs!

Worked very fast and efficiently but did not clean up thoroughly - Could have raked up cut trimmings better, even a 3 in stump cot off of a large branch was found by my lawnmower the next day as I tried to vacuum uo after up after them. Other wise the trimming looks good. They were the lowest bid yet done in an hour. A young salesman but older experienced tree trimmers and long prunes so no tree climbing necessary.

My only complaint is that they didn’t alert me when they cut my internet line. It wasn’t their fault, the internet company failed to mark the line properly. I wasn’t home when they worked so I couldn’t get the repair process started until I realized the internet wasn’t working when I returned, delaying the repair. It would have been nice to get a heads up, but everything else about the service was fantastic.

The professionalism was good and they were very responsive. It was a little pricey and I won't be able to tell if the mitigation for regrowth will work until some time has passed. They were upfront and respectful.

All of the guys with Gem’s Tree service did an outstanding job, with the tree trimming that they did for us! Love the way they went straight to work, once they arrived, did the job and cleaned up, so that you couldn’t tell they were ever there, other than the work that they’d done! Very satisfied customer!

Gems was courtious and on time. They did the job as requested. They also cleaned up when the job was completed.

The communication was fabulous! The entire crew was so kind and helpful. This is the company you want to choose hands down!!! I wish I could give more stars!
