"Thank you [Member Name Removed], we appreciate your business and comments very much!"
. It is now 3 months later and we have had no problems at all. These guys are the REAL DEAL!!!
"Prior experience has taught us that customers do not usually know exactly where they want their remotes mounted until they have used their new fan for awhile. We recommend customers use their fan first to determine which location they prefer to switch it from based on their preferred traffic pattern in the room. We will come back and install remotes if requested. It is a pretty straight forward process and most customers prefer to mount their remote themselves to avoid being tied down to a second appointment time. Our apology for the confusion."
"A review of our payroll records indicates that each time we have done work at this property we have dispatched a 2 man crew consisting of a licensed Journeyman Electrician and an Apprentice Electrician, which meets the state required ratio of not more than 2 apprentices per Journeyman Electrician. We do not dispatch unsupervised Apprentice Electricians to jobs without meeting the state ratio requirements."
