Description of Work: cut down trees

Description of Work: They were great at first. They "were so busy " they became difficult to reach when we needed to communicate with them. They had a referral policy where a cash referral fee was promised. Although we referred them to a client which they did work for the fee was never paid as promised. They also Warrenty their work for 5 years. We have had several leaks in a particular area of the roof that was replaced and they have not responded to five attempts at calling them to repair them. Have called another roofer who has found the problem but we are waiting to give G. & R another chance to respond. C overall they have the manpower, seem to know roofs, they started off great! Price medium range . Quality fair, some areas of work sloppy some fine. Responsiness... They Don't! Professionalism..... started good ended up after getting paid dropping the ball/not following through.....I wish them the best and hope they fine tune their customer response and honor their commitments and warranties. ........I. Had hoped for the best but still waiting to hear from them if things change for the better will be glad to share that with A.L.
