Tom did an excellent job. Willing to answer questions and educate when needed. Professional attitude and very experienced. Worked in organized way to get 2 fireplaces and furnace serviced without doing unneeded tasks to keep price down. Fireplaces looked new when finished. Very satisfied customer, will definitely use again. Used protective items for Covid.

They arrived and George was professional and more than qualified to clean my older gs fireplace. Took the entire thing apart and put it back together. Runs so smoothly and efficiently now. A small carbon monoxide leak was found and fixed!! I felt very confident in this maintenance. At first I thought the price was steep - but you get what you pay for!! Decided to have them check my furnace because of this quality work..

The technician was very knowledgeable and detected a potentially life threatening condition which he was able to properly address quickly. He also gave the unit a thorough check up and cleaning.

Fantastic.  Up and running again within an hour and asked service man to tell me about the furnace as I had just moved in a few months before and wasn't familiar with this particular furnace model.  He showed me what to do if there ever was another problem and how to communicate the nature of the problem.  Steve was TERRIFIC.  Coming back to do some additional work for me later this week that is not related to the repair.

The furnace was totally inspected and made fully operational even though the unit is 19 years old. The heat exchanger was checked for cracks and all airflow areas were checked for carbon monoxide leaks.

I am totally pleased with the work performed by technician Steve! He was very professional and answered all questions I had in regard to continued use of this furnace.

They were terrific! I am very happy with the Trane furnace and Air Conditioner installed. The estimate was for a a middle of the line furnace and air conditioning unit. They didn't try to sell me the top of the line 96% efficient furnace or the 16 seer air conditioner, because as they explained that my square footage will be adequately heated and and cooled by a 80% efficient furnace and a 14 seer air conditioning unit for the climate in Colorado Springs.
They were punctual, professional, and reliable. They stuck to the original estimate. They really paid attention to detail, even doing things that weren't necessary, but very nice. My furnace room was a mess of gas pipes crossing through the middle of the space. They rerouted these gas pipes and made the furnace room much more open and maneuverable. They also installed a custom air filter drawer to make replacing filters much easier. I highly recommend Furnace World and have even signed up for their seasonal checkups.

This company was great!  They came in under the prices of all the other estimates.  They were prompt and very helpful. This was a home my daughter and her husband had purchased just a year ago.  Furnace World was just great, checking the pressure on the a/c and checking that the correct size unit was installed.  They came in exactly what their quote was and they were able to get to the job ahead of time!  Would Highly recommend this company.  We are VERY grateful to Angie's List for the recommendation .

Furnace World employees arrived as scheduled, 8:30am and finished the new install by 11:30. They removed the old furnace, cleaned the area and installed the new one. All went according to plan,except the original humidifier did not fit the opening. They found a replacement and installation went well. Since the installation, we did receive a followup call from Furnace World to verify all was OK. Very happy with the new TRANE furnace.

hMy first experience with this company was over 10 years ago when they repaired my home furnace.  They responded to call within a few hours and repaired it at a competitive rate.  I subsequently contracted with them to install an air conditionioner and used them ever since on my commercial properties.  Climate Tech is a honest and competent company to do business with.

We have used them three or four times before.  They seemed to do a really good job.  They were thorough and they were pretty punctual.  They did let me know if they were running late which was nice.

Climate Technology was one of three gas log repair companies recommended by the man who swept our chimney in July 2010.  The first company we had come out said the gas log unit could not be repaired and would have to be replaced.  We called Climate Technology to get an estimate for replacement and learned they repair, but don't replace.  When we described the problem as diagnosed by the first company (logs are cracking (true), logs and chimney have a lot of soot (the logs did), pilot assembly loose, and the bracket is non-adjustable due to heat and corrosion), Dave thought maybe it could be repaired so we agreed to another service call.  Glad we did.  A lot cheaper than replacing the gas logs - wish we'd call them first and saved ourselves the first service call fee.

Dave recommended removing the sand and cleaning the logs and grate - which we did.  He also explained to us how to arrange the logs to avoid impingement.  The fireplace looks great now and the gas logs are burning nicely.

We haven?t had any problems with the furnace at all.
