The communication was great. My appointment was set for later in the day but the owner called to see if he could come earlier. I showed him the two nests, and he found two more nests that were even bigger. He explained the process and the expected results. He performed the initial application and then checked if more spray was needed. The price was what they stated. More than likely, only one application is needed. By the way, when I first went on Angie's List, I mistakenly hit the "Get a Quote" button and another company responded. They wanted to sign me up (with some sales pressure) for an annual subscription at about 4X the cost of a single application. I believed only one application was needed and the Foggy's owner confirmed. So it pays to contact only the top-rated companies directly. I will use Foggy's again in the future -- get the best and forget about the rest!

Well, rather embarrassing on my part - it turns out it was probably just the wind. Either that, or whatever critter was in there managed to escape on its own. The vent was thoroughly inspected, and nothing was in there. Since there was no animal in there, I was not charged, which I thought was amazing! Yes, I would call Froggy's again.

Very thorough and detailed remediation, (didn’t think we would need a second treatment) It is very important to follow the preparation instructions. Told us we did a great job! Will definitely call them again if needed for other exterminations.

Wayne came out and explained that because of the location of the nest and our lack of access to it, there was no way of knowing how deep the nest went, thereby possibly limiting the effectiveness of the treatment. He then proceeded to bring out his weapons and very thoroughly dusted, fogged and sprayed the area while the wasps kept flying in. He said it might take a week or two before it could be determined how effective the treatment was, depending on the depth and layout of the nest and we might see some wasps for a while. The next day we saw two and we haven't seen any since. Wayne also walked the perimeter of the house and sprayed any potential problem areas. He's to be commended for his knowledge, professionalism, persistence and just general good old hard work. We're a Froggy's client for good.

I wrote a previous review that I’d like to delete. I filled out the online form and heard nothing for three weeks due to a web glitch. As soon as Tim Proudfoot heard about my problems with getting in touch with him, he IMMEDIATELY emailed me and we set up an appointment for him to take down the nest. He was prompt and professional. Great. The technician arrived and was very friendly and professional. He explained about the poison that was being used. He did a great job. We did pay $15 extra dollars for a black box that was placed where the rodents could help themselves. Otherwise, it would only be $60. I felt this was a very fair price.

Craig arrived on time and evaluated the situation. He explained that he could remove them but that they they would move by themselves as soon as the weather turned cold (they go underground in freezing weather). So all I have to do is wait 'til they move and seal up the crack where they were entering. He declined my offer of payment for his help. I will DEFINITELY be calling them the next time I need any pest control help!
