Your job was completed back in September 2019, and upon completion we had your manger sign off on the tasks you asked us to complete, also pictures were sent to your personal number to show completion. After a personal conversation you seemed to be **satisfied** by the work. On Nov 2019 you contacted us again to complete a **tile job** which we were not able to do for you because the winter storms had us pretty tied up. I apologize that we could not make it out to you. But it concerns me extremely, that you would contact us to complete another job for you i"
