Entire process was outstanding. They came out the day after we called and did the estimate. Saying they were professional, courteous and helpful would be an understatement. It was immediately obvious how focused they are on customer service. In addition, they were able to work within our small budget. The carpet was an excellent value considering the quality and the price paid. Floor Coverings International offered us a higher quality solution at a lower price than one of the "big-box-stores" that are supposedly low-cost; and they were definitely much easier to work and with. Installation was flawless. They came out and installed the carpet and padding with no problems or issues. The result is the carpet looks great and we were able to do the project for less that we anticipated. I highly recommend Marc Yates and his crew at Floor Coverings International!

The sales process was great, Marc spent as much time as we needed to pick the most approriate hardwood based on our taste, lifestyle and budget. The price was fair and the installation was scheduled in a reasonable time. The installers was pleasant, professional and on time. The qaulity of the work is excellent, we are so pleased and would recommend them to my friends. Great Job!
