After talking with the owner I agreed to re-write my review, he explained to me that in jobs like this it's very difficult to properly quote over the phone, not being familiar with how this works and dealing with an emergency situation I did not know what to expect.
The work was done well and in a professional manner, and completed well, he explained that I did get a good deal in the process.

Steve did a very professional job. He identified a construction company that was knowledgeable in dealing with this kind of issue. He also recommended a professional to do responsible environmental hazard analysis (asbestos and mold) and to recommend appropriate mitigation protocols if necessary. He also put me into contact with a structural engineer who was able to respond to questions I had about the long term effects of the water. And his company was responsible for water damage and mold mitigation.
The companies Steve put me into contact with could not have been more professional and competent. They were able to prepare the appropriate documentation of the scope of their actions and they worked with me and the insurance agency covering my claim to ensure timely approvals. I was often in contact with Steve to ensure ongoing communication and to make appropriate changes as circumstances warranted. Steve was always responsive to my calls and was able to keep the project on track.
As mold was identified, his company made the appropriate mitigation. I found his employees to be knowledgeable and professional. They were on time and on target.

Company was informed this would be an insurance claim and was provided with insurance information. Company did not bill insurance, but sent us, via email, a bill for $3600. We submitted it to our insurance. It was reviewed and $2600 was paid to company. Our electrical bill for this time period compared to last year doubled. Steve Dennison, owner, made promises he did not keep including him personally coming out to evaluate the situation. The restoration company had to replace/repair damage caused by this comany's employees that was above what a normal restoration would be.
