They could improve the integrity of their service. Scheduling has been a challenge. Most recently, they were not able to reset the tire pressure monitoring system and said to just drive it a week and it would go off. I had to do my own research and take it to a dealer to get it reset it. When I called them back after a week when the monitoring system hadn't gone off they weren't going to be able to get me in for a week. The other Firestone Complete Auto care I called let me know right away they would need to take it the Dealer to have it reset. In the past, they broke the hood release mechanism as they pulled on it so hard and didn't tell us. They ended up replacing it at no charge. After this last week, we are definitely going to go to the other Firestone Complete location.

Overall a solid experience. I have used various Firestone centers in different states and the experience here was among the best.

This is our son's car that he uses for his delivery job. We took the car to Firestone that night and left the key in the night drop. Called Darrell (mgr) the next morning and explained the problem. He and his crew replaced the alternator and the car runs great now. Darrell stands behind the work of his team, they have always been honest about what work must be done now vs what should be done later. We have used this Firestone since moving here in 2005 and never consider going anywhere else. We have 5 vehicles and Darrell's crew takes care of them all.

I've never felt that I was getting cheated or they were trying to sell me something I didn't need.
