During the installation, they explained what they intended to do and why. They listened to what I had to say and solved problems I couldn't put my finger on. They also gave me a schedule of when and how to fertilize based on the soil testing. FTL has also returned numerous times just to check the health of my plants and trees. They have also given me valuable advice on watering strategies to lower my water bill while keeping my yard looking beautiful!
Finally, they were a delight to work with. Everyone was courteous and at the end of each day, they cleaned the entire site. They were efficient and had the job done in the time promised and on budget. Every day, I sit outside and am delighted with what I see. I only wish I had found them sooner!
