Ty was on time and very friendly. He listened to every thing I had to say and then went right to work. He answered all my question and went beyond what he had to, to show me things on my computer. For me who doesn't know much about computers he had a lot of patients. No question was a dumb question, even helping me with farmville. We will call on them again.
