I called late Tuesday afternoon and had an appointment Wednesday afternoon. The technician arrived exactly on time, looked at the job, reviewed with me what he was going to do and went right to work. He treated the stain, treated and cleaned the carpet and then ensured that the clear water rinse was applied to meet the Stainmaster warranty. When he applied the clear water rinse, he removed his shoes and wore booties. Everything was completed with professionalism and care.
The stain was treated 4 hours ago and it is no longer visible!
