The floor look almost exactly like they did before they "cleaned" them, and I am using that term loosely.

I've been using them for about six months. I know the owner. I just think that their quality is a little bit higher. Their professionalism is definitely outstanding. If there's fire damage or flood damage, they can go in and take care of that as well. It's a pretty much one-stop shop. It depends on how many ducts you have. We have a 3-storey house.

They did a great job in cleaning our carpets. They are on Angie's list. They did a fantastic job. They are super nice. The guy was really accommodating with our dog. He was super understanding and friendly. I could not ask for anything better. I refer them to everybody now. The price was $99. It was awesome. They just bend over backwards for us.

Dealing with an order problem in a rental. They came out and re-cleaned areas that were still causing issues. Vince took the time to bring buy some carpet solution afterwards to re-apply if issue persisted. Very professional, very helpful. Will gladly hire them anytime I need carpet cleaning.

I called Extreme Clean because a piece of furniture had stained the carpet in the guest room and I needed to have the master bedroom carpet cleaned in order to maintain the Stainmaster warranty.
I called late Tuesday afternoon and had an appointment Wednesday afternoon. The technician arrived exactly on time, looked at the job, reviewed with me what he was going to do and went right to work. He treated the stain, treated and cleaned the carpet and then ensured that the clear water rinse was applied to meet the Stainmaster warranty. When he applied the clear water rinse, he removed his shoes and wore booties. Everything was completed with professionalism and care.
The stain was treated 4 hours ago and it is no longer visible!

They were very professional and thorough. They did an excellent job. Due to weather and mechanical problems, they were a little late getting started but reduced price for our patience. They offered the reduction in rate as a courtesy to us on their own volition. We asked them to do one small area again and they were there quickly and fixed all to our satisfaction. We will definitely call on them to do our carpets and upholstery next time.

There has not been a stain that he has not been able to get out for me. That is why I keep calling him back out. I have white carpet and two dogs and three kids and he has been able to keep my carpets clean. I have three kids to so I get a lot of stains. He is very conscientious and he will come out and do the job himself if he is shorthanded. He is a nice person and cares about his business and he has integrity. His prices are reasonable and he has never over charged me.

It went great. It was convenient and easy to set up the appointment. He got there right on time, walked through the house with me, explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it as we went. He did the entire house in about 3 hours and when he was done he talked me through aftercare and drying time.
