Executive Lawn Care has 12 employees. We have been in business since 1986. Besides residential and commercial properties, we also do subcontracting for government and national grounds maintenance companies. We are fully insured and licenesed by the Department of Agriculture for the state of Colorado. We accept credit cards and send bi weekely statements.

Executive Lawn Care was quick to send someone out (the next day after our initial call), so that part was good. The crew they sent out didn't do a very good job and there were a number of areas they barely raked (or skipped altogether). I specifically asked them to get the leaves out of one window well and the worker's response was "I'll try." They left without checking in so I didn't have a chance to look over the job and point out the areas they missed. I called back and they sent someone out the day after to touch up. There were still areas they didn't do very well and they left blown leaves on our driveway, street, and neighbor's yard. Their guys clearly don't take pride in their work and I called them to let them know. I told them not to bother sending anyone back out. Still received a bill for the full amount. Some sort of discount would have been a nice gesture. I found the whole experience very frustrating and I won't be using them again.

Bad service, never showed after the second mowing and got paid for the whole season.  Bad and inaccurate billing and not professional to return phone calls.  Mail box is mostly full, they filter they calls and hang up on calls.  Very badly managed company.
