Sharing my experience in hopes it helps someone else? We hired Evolve Construction to replace our roof in Sept 2024. After the work was done, they sent us a bill that was over $3K more than what they originally told us. We tried to work it out, but instead, they put a lien on our home in Dec 2024. Now they?ve added another $4K in attorney and lien fees on top of the disputed balance. We?re now having to take legal steps to try to clear this up. Definitely a lesson learned, always get everything in writing and double-check contractors before hiring. Hoping this gets resolved soon. This company is involved in multiple lawsuits. Do not, I repeat do NOT make the same mistake I did.

I would not recommend this company. We signed a contract with them and gave them a check back in October and have yet to get it scheduled or my roof done. Iâ ve called numerous times and Iâ m unable to get through to the company through their customer service vendor. I do not recommend working with them. .
