Eric's service was exceptional.  Moving to
a new city, we did not know which realtor to use.  Eric was recommended to
us by my husband's employer.  Little did we know we were getting the best!
 Even though Eric does not routinely show rentals, he went above and
beyond to help us find one.  Not only did he find some wonderful
properties quickly, but he found homes with all of our must-haves.  He
scheduled viewings for us, took us to the properties, and gave us a community
tour.  Without our prompting, he even negotiated with the homeowners to
significantly decrease our rent and deposits.  We were very impressed with
his initiative and professionalism and could not have been more pleased.     

We worked with Eric, Victoria, Barb and Marla for six months in order to purchase a home that was a short sale.  Having never been through the short sale process before, I was unaware of how difficult dealing with all of the parties involved would be.  Eric held our hands, counseled us, encouraged us, and ultimately negotiated an excellent price on our behalf.  I was particularly impressed with how responsive and knowledgeable Victoria was whenever we had a question (and I had A LOT of questions).  If Eric or Victoria were unavailale, another team member stepped forward and had complete knowledge of our particular situation.  We love our home, and I would encourage anyone to use Eric and his ERA Shields Realty team when considering buying or selling a home. 

Eric Stuart was our againt. He is a real estate super star. It could not have gone better from our point of view. He first collected our requirements and then set us up with a computer "dashboard" with sent us emails with homes that met our requirements. He was there every step of the way. When we decided on the home we wanted he worked with us to make sure our offer was fair and would be accepted. Through out the entire process he was on top of everything. Eric rocks!!! HIs assistant Victoria is also a superstar. SHe is a detail oriented person who stays on top of the entire process. These two individuals are great. I would use them again ina heart beat. THEY BOTH ROCK!!

We were first time home buyers and Eric and his staff walked us through every step of the process. We appreciated his easy going nature and his quick response to all of our questions via email, phone or text. Also loved the dashboard available to "look" at houses that matched our criteria.  I can't recommend him highly enough.

realtors we have worked with over the years, Eric undoubtedly is the
best!  Eric's strength does not only lie within his own outstanding interpersonal
skills and ability to negotiate, but his entire support term makes the
process go so much smoother.  When we worked with individual realtors, often
times, the response time is slower since the realtors had to joggle many aspects
of running their own business.  Eric however has support staff with
whom we could always get in touch.  Everyone was extremely professional and
responsive, not to mention their friendliness and warmth.  Eric and his
team truly had our best interest at heart at all times!  They
diligently monitored all the deadlines and made sure that we were protected
during the entire purchasing process.  We would highly recommend Eric to
anyone who might be interested in buying or selling a house.

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR QUALITY, EXCEPTIONAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES THAN THE STUART SCOTT LTD GROUP!  It all started one year ago when my wife and I each had a home to sell, and then we were looking for one to buy some time after we were married. Right from the very beginning Eric was professional, motivated, eager, and put our minds at ease with his sense of humor and ease of conversation. He took us through the process, explained everything clearly and was always available either by phone, text, or email to answer our questions, sometimes late at night while putting his son to bed, now that's dedication! My wife and I understand that one of the most important aspects of the relationship you form with your real estate agent is COMMUNICATION. Eric and his wife Erica as well as the staff at Stuart Scott understand this, and should teach others about quality communication skills. We found that some real estate agents come across pushy or are just eager to make a buck. Not so, with the staff at Stuart Scott. Throughout the process Eric walked us through the paperwork, inspection processes, recommended service people for upgrades on the homes, I could go on and on, which I have. Keep up the good work. Here it is, a year later and we closed on our final home June 1, 2012. .We put our trust in Eric Scott to help us with this monumental process and we were not disappointed. In ancient times, when I headed up a real estate network of some 2000 offices and 50,000 agents, we used to search for professionals who would genuinely place the needs of our clients first...and then joyfully go about fulfilling them. Our quest to find such individuals was often difficult.

Stuart and his son Eric are very helpful. They are very good. They spent a lot of time with my husband and me. They went above and beyond. They called to make things happen. They are just excellent. I can’t say enough about them. We had half a dozen e-mails with all sorts of properties to view before we ever met them. When we got there, they had additional properties and everything to help us understand the area. We spent about 4 or 5 hours with them. He was trying to find properties for us that we would be interested in from the moment I called. He provided my husband and me with lots of information. He gave us the connection to where we were going to stay while we were in town. They made sure that we were staying in the right place. They were very nice and wonderful. I haven’t spent anything for the service they offered. It saved me a lot of money, which was great. It was just over the top. I would recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent to get a hold of Stuart and his son Eric. I never had an experience like that. They were fabulous. I would definitely use their services again.

As good as it could have considering the situation which was a bank owned property that had gone through foreclosure. The other company's we had to work with where less than professional.

I was introduced to Stuart by my new employer. Stuart quickly went to work finding just the right house for my wife and me. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me, and was very easy to work with, despite our being 1,000 miles away. When we came out to look personally, he took the entire day to take us around and show us the homes he had picked out for us, and any other homes in which we had interest. He NEVER showed us any homes that he had listed, as he knew they weren't right for us. Instead, he focused entirely on our needs and wants, and helped us find the perfect house.
