It went very well! This company should receive the highest marks for integrity, quality and customer service. The shop and reception area is bright and clean with walls covered in Thank You cards! They drive me to and from work, and call me with updates. The car is always washed before it is returned to me. A detailed explanation of the work completed is presented with my keys. They let me know what to expect in the future if it will be a large expense such as a major tune-up. I receive the same service whether I leaving the car to replace an antenna mast or change the oil. Speaking of the oil, Elite Auto will rotate tires free with your $30 oil/filter change. Grease Monkey charges more than that just for the oil! They always check for safety. The do not sell tires but told me the last time I was in that they did not rotate my tires because the rears were in such bad shape that I should replace them all ASAP. After having several bad experiences in town with the Lexus dealership and Express Auto, I cannot say enough about Elite to reassure auto repair seekers that the drive is worth every effort you make. Brian and his crew are top notch, experts in what they do. One last word - Elite Auto was suggested to me by a co-worker who has been using their services for years without a problem. I have been using them since June 2012, and will use their services for as long as they are in business.

My Durango was making a loud noise when driving so had it looked at by Firestone. Firestone claimed I needed a new driveshaft and quoted around $750. I took it to Elite to get another quote and they told me Firestone misdiagnosed it and that my driveshaft was fine. They told me that the ball bearings were shot on my rack and pinion. I let Elite fix it and the noise was completely gone - I took it on a trip to Steamboat Springs and back to Co Springs right after the repair and it drove great. Thank you Elite for saving me $750!!

These guys are great. They look for the most cost effective option and have the cleanest shop I've ever been in! Half of their wall is filled with thank you cards from satisfied customers...a good sign. Very professional, pride of workmanship shows. We won't take our vehicle anywhere else.
