El Dorado Gallery

Description of Work: Ok, this sounds crazy. An Art Gallery is a Plumbing store? But yes! We redid our master bathroom and wanted something nice for the sinks. Not the standard boring sinks retailed at the home improvement stores but we didn't want to spend a ton of money for it. Looking for bronze or copper sinks (2 because it's a 2 sink bathroom), prices on the internet shocked, shocked us. So we decided to look around locally at some of the Mexican import shops. I knew one was in Old Colorado City, so I was Googling for it and my Googling led me to El Dorado Gallery's website and how their pottery artist (Tony Heslop) made sinks. We drove down, looked at the sinks on display but didn't see two matching ones that met our needs. Ken said that Tony could make sinks to order and get this, they were the same prices as the sinks on display!. Yep, custom made sinks, in the exact colors we wanted, self rimming (meaning they have the holes at the top so it doesn't overflow (or at least not as easily). We had to wait for them to be made (a few weeks), but that allowed us to get everything else (faucets, counter top, etc. ordered).
