Excellent!   It sold the first day that it came out with on MLS.  Just as important to us was their communication with us. During the short time we worked with them we were in constant communication. They looked at the property and felt it was ready to list.  Even though there was no one was living in the home, we always received an email prior to the property being shown and almost immediate feedback. When we got the contract they quickly let us know what the steps were to clossing. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and gave us contractors names after the inspection so we could have the work done that the buyer requested. 
  When my husband and his father first met with them , they were very considerate of the fact that it was difficult for us to sell the home. They answered all our questions and in no way were they pushy. At the end or our meeting they asked if we could pray. We knew right away that we found the right realtors.  Thank you so much!

It went excellent. I had my house listed with 2 different realtors. For about about 6 months, I had it listed with Re/Max and 6 months with Keller Williams. With Behr, we had it listed for 2 months and sold it for full price. At first with the other realtors I tried to save money and go with a 5% commission; but with Behr and Behr I paid the full commission, which was worth it, because I sold it at full price! Ed was in charge for the business part, Renee was in charge of staging and Brandon did the photographs; it was a winning combination! -Jan
