Did not honor his one year warranty. Attempted to contact him, but he never responded. Drip system was improperly installed, so plants started dying. Fence installed horribly. Underestimated price and once finished, charged significantly more.

When we first met Richardo, he showed us a portfolio of his work. Once we signed the contract, we began to have some issues. He was not on site as we expected and the work being done was sloppy, the men did not respond to our questions. After they said the job was done, we could see ground after he rocked the yard, there were areas not even covered. We called him several times and he did show up and do at least 2 walk arounds with us as we showed him the issues. He fixed the problems but our last encounter was not pleasant, he got in my husband's face - we had been very specific to stay off our property line when he rocked - but they stayed several feet off, the rock wall looked a 4 year old did it. After some tense words, Richardo finally apologized and the final product was beautiful. At the end of the work, he gave us a discount for our trouble!
I think he thought this would be a quick job but it wasnt. We have 3/4 acre yard and he under estimated what it would take. I would still recommend him. As I said, our yard is beautiful.

We had some initial issues with the quality of the work and miscommunication on what we wanted done. After a fairly intense discussion with Ricardo, we got the work completed and it is beautiful. I would still recommend this company, just ensure that you are on the same page before the crew starts!! I have people stop in front on my home to take a look. The final outcome was worth the few problems we had.

It went pretty good, They were timely, and professional. They did everything as I indicated.
