real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreIt went fine until I was called by my loan officer telling me that the appraisal had been rejected. When I called the Appraiser and informed of the same that the appraisal was rejected, I was told I did not have to pay for the work.
Description of Work: Appraiser came over and did an appraisal of my house.
