Being summertime I had a house full of kids and my tan carpet was totally filthy. I made an appointment and they arrived right on time. The first thing I noticed was their professional looking van. Neil came in assessed the carpets and went right to work. I was especially concerned about the path from the front door to the kitchen. I surely didn't think it would come up but it as well as all my carpets look great. I gotta say I'm impressed. Next month I'm going to hire them for my air duct cleaning.

We hired this companyafter reading reviews both on here and BBB and decided to give them a try. Neil showed up in  the hour window they had given us and went right to work.  The price included all the registers and cold air returns and Neil cleaned each one. He even offered a "fogging" whole house anti-allergen treatment that for an additional 40$ I did. My heating system seems to work so much better and my childrens allergies seemed to improve with the treatment provided. My indoor air quality has vastly improved. I will call them again to clean my carpets next month.

We were not satisfied with the last several carpet cleaning companies we used, so we tried doing it ourselves with an in-home carpet cleaning machine. After several years, we realized we needed professional help, so we called Dry Steam based on the reviews here.
Justin arrived promptly and I was immediately impressed with his professional approach. We had received an estimate over the phone, but when he saw the size of the rooms we wanted cleaned, the actual price was lower. He explained the process, addressed my concerns regarding our elderly pets with compromised respiratory systems, and went to work.
Our carpet is over 20 years old, so I didn't expect it to look like new again but I was amazed at how nice it looked afterwards. It looked even better after it dried. We had a really dirty area from a ficus plant that had dripped sticky sap all around the pot. The mess came out completely.
We took our carpet cleaner to Goodwill and will use Dry Steam from now on. Justin did an excellent job and I hope he's still with the company when we call again. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

I have used these folks before in cleaning the carpet and furniture and they did a great job so I assumed their duct cleaning services would be good too. Not really. Their representative was friendly, on time, and did know his job, but his equipment was lacking. He used a long hose without any brush ends, he scraped old drywall texture out of the vents and left it all over the carpet for me to clean up later, and then sprayed a nice smelling sanitizer into the vents. I could have done this job myself and maybe I should have and saved myself $160.

Have used. these.guys before. This time they were an hour late and I had to do some fancy juggling of our schedules to make it work. They did come at end of the day and do a good job. Their prices are more than fair and they don't try to sell you anything else. I will use tem again, but will allow more time for them to show up

These guys showed up on time but there truck broke right away and said they would have to return later. 3 1/2 hours later they showed up and barely got done before my baby sitter had to go pick up the kids. I thought I was gonna have to leave work to come watch them finish. The guys were very nice and professional. I tried to see if they would through in the scotchguard for free for the time crunch but no luck. All in all I would use them again as their price was awesome cause I had 2000 sqft of carpet for $200.00.

They have always done a good job. They are prompt and reasonably priced. I would use this provider again.

I didn't dislike anything. They are very professional. They did a great job. They have 24-48 hour guarantee, where they will come out if something comes back. The price was good. They were on time.

Technician arrived at appointed time. He had cleaned the carpets in the house before, so he was familiar with the floor plan. I had the carpets cleaned in all of the rooms, approximately 1700 square feet. The only major furniture I asked him to move was the sofa in the family room. He completed the job in about an hour and a half. I was very pleased with the end result.

Dry Steam's two-man team showed up on time and went right to work. Both were in uniform, and they were polite and professional (although one stated it was his first day on the job). It took them a little over an hour to do the work, and they cleaned up after themselves fairly well. They stated they would place styrofoam blocks under the furniture to help with drying; however, I noted later that only 3 pieces in the computer office had blocks, and none had been placed in the bedroom. Overall, they did a very good job on flat surfaces. Baseboard seams did not appear to have been cleaned, nor were the wall strips on the stairs. When I asked about the stairs, I was told that they "could not be cleaned" as there were spaces between them and the wall that allowed dust build-up.



I paid a 'special' discount price and think I got what I paid for. I would have been willing to pay more to have the areas mentioned above cleaned properly. Overall, I think Dry Steam did an average job, but there were gaps in the service. I might use them again for general cleaning, but I wouldn't consider them if I wanted a complete cleaning.
