Dry Country HVAC was our second opinion on a furnace install and confirmed the bad news that we needed an entirely new furnace. He scheduled the install right away and explained that he only works with the best equipment and that means that it is easiest to maintain in the long run. Within a week we have our new furnace and all the updates that it required to pass inspection. Miles really knows what he is doing and will explain why he needs to do things as well. The install was in the crawlspace and seemed super inconvenient., the sheet metal guy was also very professional and fixed a broken vent for us. The water heater vent was not up to code and the water output lines were leaking and the guys came back the next day with parts to fix that. Miles insisted on including in his bid a new condenser for the air conditioner and performed all sorts of maintenance on that as well. Truly above and beyond. If my child had not been sick that day, i would have been mostly gone for the day since it was a lot of activity and noise, and swearing. Miles returned all the laundry accessories and the dryer that had been moved for the day before he left for the day. On the day of the inspection, Miles came by to move the dryer again and deal with the inspector and he filled out all the warranty information for us. The furnace is warrantied ten years parts and twenty for the burner. Miles also put in a larger filter that will theoretically need to be changed once a year once we get the ducts cleaned. The guys were very neat and clean and it was an overall good experience for the expense.
