After all the pricing, they've given us half of it back and now, because of whatever emergencies that they're running to, they don't want to give us the rest of it back. They've started avoiding our phone calls after a while because they knew that they had messed up. We have to go to a different contractor and they had screamed bloody murder about how we had breached contract. The contract itself didn't have a beginning date or end date to it. We have tried to resolve the concern through them and get them to do their work. We went to a lawyer and the lawyer said that they have admitted fault by giving us half of our money back so the lawyer sent them a letter telling them that they needed to pay the rest of the money back.
