Originally said would start in September. Finally started mid October. Island Countertop too small. at first did not want to redo. Wanted to do an unacceptable band aid fix. Suggested a more palatable fix. When we accepted that, they suddenly decided to charge an additional $750. We told them to replace the countertop. They left piles of hardened grout behind/under refrigerator and oven. They said they would replace Countertop and finish backstop. By then it was mid November so had to put off till after Holidays. Started calling February. Kept giving dates than coming up with one excuse after another to delay... It is now Mid May and now they have not returned call for 3 weeks.
