I took two computers to DML Computer Repair because one computer was making a horrible noise & the 2nd computer would immediately shut down when it was booted up. David cleaned the first computer & fixed the screeching noise & then Deanna cleaned up the operating system so that it would run faster. David also evaluated the 2nd computer & provided an estimate to fix the problem. After I decided that the 2nd computer was not worth fixing, David transferred all of the data from the hard drive to my external storage device and provided me with a recommendation for purchasing a new computer.
The work was completed very quickly and professionally and had me back up and running in no time!! I could not be any happier and highly recommend their services.

I purchased a big deal with DML Computer Repair, they were able to provide service remotely. I would have preferred for this company after completing the work to follow up with me over the phone or online to verify the issues were resolved.

"You purchased a virus cleanup and informed the technician that "someone" had told you that a virus was keeping your printer from functioning properly. If that were the case, the virus cleanup would have done the job. In the end the technician found that the printer failure was not caused by a virus. I understand you are upset about your printer not functioning; however, we DO NOT repair printers at this time, but I can recommend an outstanding shop that can take a look at it for you. If you have further questions or comments please give me a call by asking for the Office Manager and I'll be happy to discuss the situation, our limitations as far as printers, and what a virus cleanup entails, with you."

When I called DML my call was answered very quickly an professionally. I was able to bring in my computer that day and when I arrived I was greeted immediately. Deanna the office manager sat with me and looked at my computer and then explained what she thought the problems were. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was given a run down of everything they were going to do for my computer and was told when each thing would be done. All in all the price was very low and DML offers several options to help lower the price of the repair.

Crashed my computer on a Friday evening (probably self-inflicted wound, not sure). Called my IT friends and they recommended DML (verified that recommendation on a number of sites, including Yellow Pages, Yahoo, etc.). David was able to see it first thing Saturday AM - then ran diagnostics and repair attempts through the weekend. The laptop had a bad hard drive; and he installed a new one, put the OS back in - and would have recovered my files but I already had them all backed up so was fine there. Overall, could not be happier. David is a thorough professional; EXTREMELY knowledgeable (and able to translate that knowledge into terms neophytes (me) will appreciate).
He (or another technician) is always available - as in 24/7, and to demonstrate, my entire issue was completed over the weekend, so I had the laptop back for work Monday. His own caveat on the service time required, he notes some issues could take a long time (recoveries, etc.) - but mine was right on time. Highly recommend!
