Satellite TV Equipment Service
I've had many technical service phone calls and they are always excellent at that. I've had a lot of opportunities to change to another company but I have just stuck with Dish because their prices are more competitive and I'm really happy with their service. Every time I've needed to call them on the phone, they were always very professional and helpful. They don't make you feel stupid. They are always professional and courteous. You can always get someone on the phone and the problem is always resolved immediately and if they can't resolve it on the phone, a technician usually shows up the next day.
