Discount tire has phenomenal customer service and performance!!! We have been here before but it just keeps impressing my husband and I. I thought I would have to replace my tire but they were able to fix it FOR FREE!!! Also, I called at 5:30pm (they close at 6pm) and they said to come on over, they would be glad to help. I definitely recommend this place for all your vehicle needs!!!

The tires on my car were bare and needed to be replaced. I wanted new snow tires but it was June. Israel convinced me that an all weather Michelin would be just as good in snow and rain, and last longer than a snow tire. The tire he suggested was also pre-siped for better road surface contact.
I had found a snow tire at Costco for less and asked him to compare the tires and prices. He said there are grades of tires and one model of the same tire is not as good as another. The Costco version was similar to what I had bought at the Lexus dealership and had always had terrible traction in rain and snow for about the same price as the Discount Tires tire.
He helped me find a rebate that was starting the next week plus offered me an in house rebate for their Lifetime replacement program. He went as far as to print the rebate form for me and explain the online rebate system. In spite of the obvious pressure Israel was under with people waiting for their cars or wanting to buy tires, he took the time to answer all of my questions and help me make the right choice for my needs at a price I could afford.
It really is all about knowledge and customer service, and I got both at this Discount Tires location.

Outstanding experience! I had called multiple tire dealers and warehouse stores, and Discount Tires had THE best price for the tires I wanted. They didn't have them on hand, so they had to obtain them for me. Rather than just walking in, I made an appointment. The staff had me in and out in less than an hour, as promised, and didn't pressure me to purchase additional items. Thanks, Discount Tires! I'll definitely use this business again for my next set of tires.

It was ok. It took more time than they said and they put the white lettering out instead of in like I requested, They also repeatedly tried to sell the extended warranty, which I found anoying.
