+ -1 moreThe porch is still not done as of April 15, 2012. The weather has been a factor but the job was botched from the start with expensive material being destroyed by inexperienced workman and the lack of professionalism by Mr Diaz himself. Fortunately we only gave them 25% of the quoted cost to begin work so we thought we had some leverage in getting Diaz to complete the job as agreed. This has not been the case. Diaz doesn't seem interested in completing the job. We have decided to get someone else to finish the job so we can use the front of the house instead of going in through the back door.We rue the day we got involved with this contractor.
Description of Work: We contracted with Diaz Construction to build a 10x14 front porch on a small home in north Black Forest. That was in August 2011.
